How to File a Notice of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on this site infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including the specific URL).
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of “Good Faith” that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement of accuracy that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our agent. This must include your signature, identification of the removed material, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, Rutledge & Co. LLC maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
